Most of the essential drugs are indegeneously available at competitive cost. India is poised to become a preferred global destination for drug development and research. India has achieved great success & it has positioned itself to compete with the world market & is now gearing for maximum number of R & D strong companies looking at drug discovery. Hence the entire focus is placed on pharmaceutical institutions, which are the breeding centeres of the world class talent for the industry.
We contribute to do this through our research, the conversations we have with pharma industry leaders and policy makers and through students, our future graduates.
We do this through the way we teach and as much as what we teach the students. Students learn to think critically and carefully and to act responsibly and ethically. Our students learn through their own actions as much as the lectures. We place more emphasis on practical learning, case studies and group work.
