How To Apply
Candidates interested in seeking admission shall appear in the councelling of Uttaranchal technical university for B.Pharm & centralized councelling of U.B.T.E., held after the combined entrance test (JEEP) for D.Pharm. the management and other seats shall be filled directly by the college through written examination and through college level councelling (CLC), which is scheduled to be held at the campus of the college. Candidates interested for management & other seats shall register themselves by filling the registration form available at the office of the college.

Entry Requirements:
• 10th standard mark sheet
• Marksheet of 12th (10+2) examination.
• Affidavit regarding gap in studies (if any) showing reasons.
• Character certificate from the school/college last attended.
• Transfer certificate issued by the school/college last attended.
• Medical fitness certificate by approved physician of the college or from CMO, Roorkee.
• Five copies of passport size photographs duly attested by gazetted officer/principal of the school/college last attended.
• Eligibility certificate from Uttranchal technical university ( if required).
• All the above required documents are to be aubmitted in original along with Xerox copies in duplicate.
